At H2OForYou, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hydration solutions. If your home water system or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all filters, connectors, and instruction manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the unit for damage, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
